Our Policies

  • After your free estimate appointment, we will draft a personalized proposal outlining project details, price, and payment schedule and send it to your email via Square.

    • Proposals are valid for 30 days and are subject to change after that period.

    • You may request changes to the proposal prior to accepting it.

    • Once you accept the proposal, you agree to all terms contained therein. Any changes requested after acceptance will require a change order and may incur additional charges.

  • Preferred payment method is the Square link included in your invoice. Checks are accepted but may delay the project depending on bank clearing times. Cash and money orders are also accepted.

    Payments must be made as outlined in the proposal. Any questions or disputes about price, deposits, or schedule must be resolved before accepting the proposal.

    Deposit requirement:

    • A 50% total deposit is required before work begins, paid in two parts:

      • 20% due upon agreement of the proposal to lock in the rate.

      • 30% due to secure your spot on our schedule.

    • The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
